Well my back really has improved a lot this week, I am almost back to normal. I have started grooming this week and today is a busy day as I have a full day, but I have also booked an appointment with the osteopath just in case.
I am relieved to get out and about and walking the dog again. The weather has turned slightly chillier these passed few days and yesterday I took a few photo’s with my iphone whilst out. It got me thinking about doing project 365 or 52 (baring in mind I lost the first week in January) but I think I might just attempt doing an album for the year. I’ve never done one before and it will be interesting to see how it forms!
